Penny Austin, cook extraordinaire, has decided that she needs to work fewer hours to concentrate more on her gardening business. From next Monday we welcome Renauld Gaillard Hopkins as cook/chef, working five days a week. Renauld has worked in several restaurants in France and England, and we very much look forward to trying his food. Penny, we are pleased to say, will continue with us, albeit on a much reduced basis.
