At last!
Our shop markets in 2020 were cancelled, but we are delighted to say that we have scheduled our 2021 community shop summer market on Saturday 26th June, 10am to 3pm.
Although we could have planned the market for May, we decided to be cautious. By 26th June, all being well, restrictions on social distancing will have been relaxed though we will aim to keep a metre between stalls, just in case.
If you would like to be considered for a stall, please let us know as soon as possible. The extra distance between stalls means we will have slightly fewer stallholders than usual, and it is important to have a good variety of goods for sale, so please understand if we are unable to fit you in this summer.
We know that it has been a difficult time for small businesses, so we are halving our usual stall fee of £20 to £10. You will need to bring your own small gazebo, if needed, and table. [We have a very few tables available, but it is much easier if you can bring your own.]
Let us know your thoughts and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm attendance.

Each year we host two markets with a wide range of stalls from a variety of local small businesses - if you are looking for original and engaging presents this is the place to be.
Sadly, in 2020 we were unable to go ahead with our original plans because of the virus, but we have thought long and hard about how to still provide shopping opportunities for our customers, and support local stallholders, whilst still keeping everyone safe.
We had planned to host two stalls outside the shop each Saturday during November and December, but yes, lockdown happened and all stalls for November were cancelled.
The stalls going ahead in December are shown below, and we have squeezed a few more in to help small traders. We hope everyone will support them in these difficult times.
